Kimberly Stumphauzer, PT
Kim is one of the co-owners of Jaworski Physical Therapy. She is a graduate of Bowling Green State University/Medical College of Ohio Physical Therapy program. Kim offers many years of experience and enjoys hands-on patient care to get people back to what they love to do. Kim’s primary areas of interest include sports medicine, shoulder injuries, post-surgical rehab for orthopedic conditions, neck/spine disorders, and management of headaches.
Ann Hamker, MS, ATC
Ann is one of the co-owners of Jaworski Physical Therapy. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science Degree in Athletic Training from Ohio University. Ann's area of interest is in the development of advanced strength and conditioning programs for all active individuals.
Joshua Wolf, DPT
Josh has over 9 years experience as an outpatient physical therapist. He received his undergraduate degree from Oakland University and went on to get his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Walsh University in 2016. Josh enjoys treating a wide range of patients from the young athlete to the elderly individual working on balance and preventing falls. He has years of experience in treating postoperative diagnoses, including total joint replacements and rotator cuff repairs. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, staying active and watching sports.
Zachary Newton, PT, DPT
Zach is a graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Cleveland State University. His primary interests include orthopedic and sports injuries. He is trained in and performs Dry Needling to facilitate patient recovery and aid in return to full activity.
Laura Breese, MA, ATC
Laura earned her Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Ohio University and her Master's in Athletic Training from Western Michigan University. Balance and sports specific training are Laura's areas of interest.
Linde Duke, PTA
Linde is a graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Lorain County Community College. She offers over 24 years of experience in outpatient therapy. She works with all age groups who have orthopedic, balance and postural issues. She provides excellent care to her patients in the gym as well as in our warm water therapeutic pool. Her primary interest is working with the aging adult to improve functional strength and balance to prevent falls. She coordinates our Posture and Stop Falls Programs and works with clients in our JPT FIT post rehab program for ongoing wellness and fitness. Her positive attitude will motivate you to return to what you need and love to do!
Joseph Stumphauzer, PTA
Joseph is a graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Lorain County Community College. He has been with JPT for more than 20 years, providing excellent, hands-on care to his patients. His interest is primarily in orthopedic and post surgical rehabilitation, but is well rounded in treating patients with various conditions. He works with many clients in our post rehab fitness program after they have completed their formal physical therapy sessions, providing ongoing individualized fitness programs to allow for safe return to recreational and sport related activity.
Alyssa Crawford, PTA
Alyssa is a graduate of the Physical Therapy Assistant Program at Lorain County Community College. Her primary area of interest is sports medicine rehabilitation. Alyssa also sees clients in our Post Rehab Fitness Program, creating individualized programs to get them back to recreational activity and overall fitness.
Lisa Brubaker, Billing Manager
Lisa is a graduate of Lorain County Community College with an Associate's degree in Applied Business. She also obtained certification as a medical biller. Lisa's professional career has been in a medical setting, providing more than 30 years of experience in billing and insurance related questions. Lisa joined Jaworski Physical Therapy in 2013 and serves as JPT's Billing Manager and oversees the daily operations of the front office. She is here to help you with any concerns or insurance issues you may have.
Lilliana Hass, Billing Specialist
Lilly joined JPT in 2022. She has years of experience in both clinical and billing aspects of medical office operations, including Workers Compensation billing. She will gladly assist you with insurance authorizations and any billing questions.
