Michael Jaworski, PT, MHS, MBA
Michael is the owner of Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. Mike is a 1978 graduate of the Physical Therapy program at Cleveland State University, a 1985 graduate of the Cleveland State Masters of Business Administration and a 1992 graduate of the Master of Health Science program at the Krannert School of Physical Therapy. Mike is a guest lecturer for the Cleveland State University Physical Therapy Program and has lectured locally on topics in orthopedic rehabilitation. Mike also serves on the Executive Board of the Ohio Physical Therapy Network. His current area of interest is in treating disorders of the TMJ.
Barbara Hornbeek, PT, Clinic Manager
Barbara is the Clinical Operations Manager for our Winckles Street Clinic. Barb is a 1979 graduate of the Ohio State Physical Therapy Program and has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy since 1989. Barb has extensive experience in the treatment of orthopedic conditions and coordinates our industrial rehabilitation program. She is experienced in the administration of functional capacity evaluations and in the implementation of job-site transitional work programs.
Karen Connor, PT, Clinic Manager
Karen is the Clinic Manager for our Emerald Street Clinic. Karen is a 2004 graduate of the Cleveland State Physical Therapy Program. Karen has a special interest in the treatment of pelvic pain, incontinence and women's health issues. She has completed additional training in the utilization of manual therapy techniques and has assisted in training seminars. Karen also has an interest in pediatrics and is a yoga instructor.
Rosemarie Jaworski, PT, Certified Vestibular Therapist
Rosemarie is a 1979 graduate of the Cleveland State University Physical Therapy Program and she has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. since 1985. Rose has a special interest in the treatment of vestibular, balance and gait disorders. Rosemarie has completed a comprehensive training program and has received a specialized certification in the treatment of vestibular disorders.
Kimberly Stierhoff, PT
Kim is a 1992 graduate of the Medical College of Ohio Physical Therapy program and has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy since 1996. Kim's primary area of interest is in sports medicine and working with musculoskeletal conditions of the extremities.
Linda Seber, PT
Linda is a 1998 graduate of the Cleveland State University Physical Therapy Program. Linda has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. since 1998. Linda has a special interest in pediatrics and coordinates the physical therapy services for the children referred to our clinic.
Leslie McGinnis, OTR/L, Certified Hand Therapist
Leslie is a 1977 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania's Occupational Therapy Program and has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. since 1996. Leslie specializes in the treatment of hand and forearm injuries and has a special interest in treating arthritis of the thumb and hand stiffness. She is a Certified Hand Therapist and has lectured locally and statewide on the treatment and care of hand injuries.
Janet O' Dell, OTR/L
Jan is a1987 graduate of the Cleveland State University Occupational Therapy Program. Jan has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. since 1996. Jan specializes in the treatment of children with developmental delay and developmental disability and coordinates the occupational therapy services for children referred to our clinc.
Holly Taylor, CCC/SLP
Holly is a 1996 graduate of the Case Western Reserve Speech Therapy Program and holds a Masters Degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Holly has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy, Inc. since 2005. Holly specializes in the treatment of children with developmental delay and developmental disabilities. She has completed additional training in the area of developmental apraxia of speech, sensory integration and autism. Holly has12 years of experience in working with children.
Nora Lascell, CCC/SLP
Nora is a 1997 graduate of the University of Tennesee Speech Pathology Program. Graduate of the Speech Therapy Program. Nora has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy Inc. since 2006. Nora specializes in the treatment of children with developmental delay and developmental disabilities and a special interest in motor speech and language delays. Nora has 15 years of experience working with children.
Beth Krepop, PTA
Beth is a graduate of the Cuyahoga County Community College Physical Therapist Assistant Program and has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy for the past 14 years. Beth's special interest is in the area of orthopedics with emphasis on the utilization of dynamic strengthening and core stabilization program. Beth coordinates the our professional chart audits and is a Clinical instructor for our Physical Therapist Assistant students.
Joseph Stumphauser, PTA
Joseph is 2003 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Lorain County Community College. His interest is primarily in the area of orthopedics and aquatics. Joe is an APTA credentialed clinic instructor and coordinates the student internship program at our clinics.
Sarah Alberino, PTA
Sarah is 2004 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Lorain County Community College and has been associated with Jaworski Physical therapy since that time. Sarah's special interest is orthopedics and aquatics. Sarah coordinates our participation in outcome studies with the Ohio Physical Therapy Network.
Nikki Krischer, PTA
Nikki is a 2001 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Lorain County Community College and has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy since that time. Nikki's primary interest is in the area of pediatrics where she assists Linda in the provision of services to our pediatric patients with developmental delay or developmental disability.
Linde Duke, PTA
Linde is a 2001 graduate of the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Lorain County Community College and has worked sat Jaworski Physical Therapy since that time. Her primary areas of interest include pediatrics and sports rehabilitation.
Ann Hamker, MS, ATC
Ann earned her Bachelor of Science degree and Master of Science Degree in Athletic Training from Ohio University.
Ann's area of interest is in the development of advanced strength and conditioning programs for all active individuals as well as skills training for high school and college athletes. You'll see Ann on Friday nights working the sidelines of the Elyria High Football games as Ann serves as the ATC for Elyria Schools Athletic Program.
Kim Mencke, MS, ATC
Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Ohio University and her Master of Science in Athletic Training from California University of Pennsylvania. She has been associated with Jaworski Physical Therapy since 2003. Kim currently works as an Athletic Trainer with Elyria High School where you will see her providing care at practices and competitions.

Heather Guilkey, Billing
Heather joined our team in 2002 as our Front Receptionist. She brought with her extensive customer service skills. Since then she has progressed to the position of Account Specialist. Heather is here to help you with any Insurance/Account questions you may have.
Donna Bortner, Receptionist (Emerald Street Office)
Donna has been with us since 2001. She has always been in customer service/marketing jobs in her career span. So, we were excited when she chose to join us. Donna is located at our Emerald Street Office where she handles the full operations of the front office.
Amy Prussak, Receptionist (Winckles Street Office)
Amy our current Front Receptionist came aboard in 2007. She came with a wide range of clerical experience. Amy will always have a smile on her face and ready to help you in anyway.
